Mrs. Amorada Kuansongtham
Mrs. Amorada recently joined our firm as Partner this year with expertise in vast areas of laws. She is a distinct graduate from Chulalongkorn University with First Class Honors, and received Master of Law Degrees from University of Cambridge in England and Columbia University in New York. She started her legal work at Clifford Chance, LLP in London as trainee solicitor in Project Finance, Corporate Finance and Funds & Insurance Groups before returning to Bangkok to join Clifford Chance (Thailand) Ltd. At Clifford Chance, she acted for several major financial institutions (both international and local) on banking finance, project finance, aircraft finance and debt restructurings. From 2010 to 2022, Mrs. Amorada joined Bumrungrad Hospital Pcl as Legal Counsel and then promoted to General Counsel and Chief Privacy Advocate, acting as legal and business advisor to the company’s senior management on complex commercial transactions, labor and healthcare laws, IT projects, construction contracts, cross-border transactions, joint-venture and other investments.
