Ms. Susama is a graduate of Thammasat University, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. She later pursued advanced studies, obtaining a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Macquarie University in Australia.

With over 15 years of tax experience working at Big Four audit firms in Thailand, she has developed extensive expertise in serving multinational companies. Ms. Susama has led numerous tax due diligence projects, supporting both financial and strategic buyers and sellers. Her work includes the review of agreements to identify tax implications and ensure compliance. She provides advice on acquisitions, disposals, reorganizations, and tax filings, helping clients navigate complex transactions.

In addition to transaction support, Ms. Susama serves a broad spectrum of international and local clients by delivering tax advisory services, tax controversy support, and tax compliance reviews. Her deep technical knowledge and practical insights make her a valuable tax advisor in managing both routine and significant tax matters. Her experience spans a wide range of industries, including power and energy, manufacturing, trading, services, hospitality, automotive, pharmaceutical and medical equipment.
