Ms. Narissara graduated from the Law School at the University of Nottingham, LL.M. (International Commercial Law) and the University of Edinburgh, LL.M. (Commercial Law). She is also a former student of the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree specializing in civil and criminal law.

After completing her graduation, she started practicing law as an associate at Dherakupt International Law Office Ltd. since 2013. She focuses on the practice area of corporate and general commercial matters especially Capital Markets related transactions, including private company and public company laws, securities and stock exchange laws and Mergers and Acquisitions. Her practice also involves capital markets, IPOs, M&A and derivative transactions, securities and stock exchange laws, and corporate restructuring, and in rendering foreign investment advice.
