With a solid academic foundation in finance and accounting, she brings strong analytical support to cross-border investment structuring and complex project risk assessment.

With over ten years of professional experience in Thailand, Ms. Yan Jia has been deeply involved in assisting Chinese enterprises with investment and localization in the Thai market. She has extensive practical experience in integrated legal and tax structuring, financing arrangements, and compliance governance. Her expertise lies in combining legal, tax, and financial perspectives to deliver practical and implementable structural solutions.

In her practice, Ms. Yan Jia primarily supports Chinese and multinational clients in investment projects in Thailand. Her work covers investment structuring, legal and tax compliance arrangements, project implementation planning, and risk control during execution. She has experience across industries including new energy, data centers, machinery manufacturing, engineering and infrastructure, as well as e-commerce.

In complex projects, Ms. Yan Jia approaches matter from the perspective of cross-market risk identification and transmission, integrating legal, tax, and financial considerations to help clients optimize investment structures and ensure compliant and efficient project implementation. In particular, in the data center and large-scale infrastructure sectors, she has experience in front-end structuring and risk management during the implementation phase, and has been involved in supporting the compliant execution of such projects.
